The cost of surgery is influenced by complexity of surgery, time in the operating room, materials required, state-of-art equipment, after care with the surgeon or nursing staff, as well as experience and personalization of the service you receive and by geographic location.
The cost of surgery consists of:

- Surgeon’s fee
- Hospital or Facility fee
- Anaesthesia fee

Your initial consultation will consist of a review of your medical history, clinical assessment and a discussion of your expectations and concerns. In some patients the use of computer modelling is used to give a visual representation of the results of cosmetic surgery. The nature of any proposed treatment will be explained in detail including the procedure itself, recovery time and anticipated result along with any potential risks of the operation. You will need to send us a series of high quality digital photographs of your face.
Dr. De Silva will review your photographs and make a careful assessment of your face, he may or may not agree with all your requests depending on facial balance and harmony.
You can then arrange a phone consultation and once you have both agreed on what would be the best plan, you can then contact the office manager for a quotation for surgery. There is a fee for the internet consultation and we recommend that you attend for a consultation in person whenever possible.
