This patient with a lesion on her upper eyelid, underwent a small operation to remove the cyst. The location of the cyst is on the part of the eyelids where the eyelashes grow. Care was taken during surgery to avoid injuring the eyelash roots and the eyelashes grew back within three months after surgery
This 39 year-old patient from South-East Asia disliked the deep pits that had resulted from severe acne scarring. He underwent cosmetic treatment with a number of different treatments including fillers to give this result after 9-months.

The patient was fortunate the cancer had not spread to the surface of her eye and she had normal vision after surgery.
